Window Screen Repair and Replacement in New Canaan, CT

When a torn window screen or failing porch enclosure is left unaddressed in New Canaan, the problem compounds with every warm evening — insects get in, comfort goes out, and a minor repair becomes a full replacement scenario. New Canaan is a well-established Fairfield County community known for its carefully maintained residential properties, tree-lined streets, and outdoor living spaces that homeowners actually use through the season. Keeping those spaces functional starts with screens that fit properly and hold up through Connecticut's humid summers.

Mr. Window Screen Repair and Replacement brings a fully equipped mobile workshop to every job in New Canaan, measuring, fabricating, and installing custom screens on-site in a single visit. Rather than removing screens and waiting for a shop turnaround, our technicians complete the entire process at your property — no callbacks, no second appointments, no approximated sizing. We have served Fairfield County properties since 1984, and our on-site fabrication model is the reason clients keep calling us back season after season.

Precision Fabrication for New Canaan's Varied Home Styles

New Canaan's housing stock spans a wide range of architectural periods — from historic colonials near the village center to mid-century modern homes and newer custom builds throughout the surrounding neighborhoods. Window configurations across these properties rarely share the same dimensions, and standard pre-cut screen replacements consistently fall short on fit. A screen that doesn't seat fully against its frame leaves gaps at every corner, and gaps defeat the entire purpose of having a screen installed. Our on-site fabrication process solves this by building every screen to the exact measurements of your specific opening, cut and assembled right at your property before installation.

Connecticut's insect season arrives in earnest by late May, and New Canaan's wooded, inland setting creates real pressure from mosquitoes and other insects through early fall. Unlike services that schedule a measurement visit and a separate installation appointment, our single-visit model means your screens are done and functioning before we leave — no gap in coverage during the weeks between appointments.

If your New Canaan home needs window screen repair or replacement, contact us today to schedule your on-site visit and get every screen handled correctly in one appointment.
